Tomorrow we start our adventure to Kenya. We are off to Kenya for almost 6 weeks – 4 weeks volunteering at a hospital , a week’s safari and then seeing one of our sponser children. We are gathering up the final items and saying bye to our neighbours. Packing masks and gloves to leave at the hospital, and electrical tools and electrical gloves from Ric. We are both a little nervous about the work – whilst we have done many short term medical trips to South America this is the first time at a hospital and for a month. Also my good friend and collegue Vicki is not there to guide me ( though she assures me she will be available by whatsapp).
